Job Summary
The HR Supervisor provides support to the Senior HR Manager by overseeing HR initiatives, coordinating company projects, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and supporting operational teams nationwide. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the Senior HR Manager with company-wide HR projects, initiatives, and operational goals.
• Organize, manage, and coordinate complex HR projects from planning through completion.

• Delegate assignments and responsibilities based on team member experience, workload, and project requirements.

Qualifications
