Job Title: Order Selectors
Shift: 1st (6 AM /7: 45AM)
Pay Rate: $12-17/hr.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Selector to join our warehouse team. The Order Selector will be responsible for accurately picking, organizing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting, handling physical tasks, and meeting productivity goals.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and prepare customer orders based on pick lists or warehouse management systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified).
- Build and organize pallets according to customer specifications.
- Verify product quantities, labels, and order accuracy before shipment.
- Load and unload products as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines.
- Follow all company policies and warehouse safety procedures.
- Meet daily production and accuracy goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse tasks as assigned.
- Communicate any product shortages, damages, or discrepancies to supervisors.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, order picking, or distribution experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move products throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime, weekends, or varying shifts as needed.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred (training may be provided).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Regularly.
- Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions, including refrigerated or freezer environments (if applicable).
- Must be able to perform repetitive movements and remain active throughout the shift.
