Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Carrollton, TX. This role is responsible for performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting on production and facility equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in an industrial setting. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance service and repairs on production equipment.
  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks on production and facility equipment.
  • Handle basic to intermediate plumbing, including air lines, hydraulic hoses, and chemical delivery pipes.
  • Execute intermediate electrical tasks like conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit breaker termination.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues, measure voltage and current, and conduct continuity tests.
  • Maintain and repair conveyors, troubleshoot basic hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Conduct forklift repairs as needed, participate in shop rebuilds and maintain housekeeping standards.
  • Perform basic fabrication (cutting, drilling, tapping, welding).
  • Assist in organizing the shop and managing spare parts inventory.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks according to schedule.
  • Mentor and train new hires and less experienced technicians.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.




Experience, Skills, and Education:
  • 2-5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing or related field.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with power tools.
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification.
  • Effective communication skills and basic to intermediate computer proficiency for work orders and research.
  • Basic to intermediate electrical troubleshooting up to 480VAC, including PLC experience.
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documents.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols (lockout/tagout, ladder safety, etc.).
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.
