Lone Star Staffing is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team in Irving, TX. This role will serve as a key member of the HR leadership team, supporting company initiatives, ensuring HR compliance, and assisting with employee relations, staffing operations, and project management across multiple service centers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience supporting HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary
The HR Supervisor provides support to the Senior HR Manager by overseeing HR initiatives, coordinating company projects, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and supporting operational teams nationwide. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the ability to work collaboratively with leadership, service centers, and employees across the organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior HR Manager with company-wide HR projects, initiatives, and operational goals.
  • Organize, manage, and coordinate complex HR projects from planning through completion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines.
  • Delegate assignments and responsibilities based on team member experience, workload, and project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Address project-related questions, concerns, and issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure HR compliance policies and procedures are followed across all locations.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, industry standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Assist with reviewing and tracking open orders and staffing needs across multiple locations.
  • Ensure timely project updates and communication are provided to HR Champions and leadership teams.
  • Support the review, training, and processing of promotion and replacement submissions for service centers.
  • Track promotions, replacements, and internal staffing changes across distribution centers.
  • Assist with employee investigations, HR councils, and personnel file audits.
  • Partner with management teams to support employee relations and HR initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Travel as needed based on business requirements and project needs.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of HR, recruiting, staffing, or related experience preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting HR operations in a multi-location environment strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance practices, employee relations, and employment policies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
