Job Title: Forklift/Heavy Machine Operator | Pay Rate: $! 7/hr | Shift: PM/3rd
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery to move, lift, and stack pallets of products and materials.
- Maintain equipment by refueling, cleaning, and making basic repairs and adjustments as needed.
- Load and unload trucks and move materials and products to proper storage locations.
- Assist in loading rail cars for shipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license.
- 1-2 years of experience operating sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and other heavy machinery in a warehouse environment.
- Solid understanding of forklift load capacities and safety procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in non-climate controlled environments.
